Every 5 minutes, the system pulls all the new orders from BigCommerce. Corresponding accounts, contacts & order line items (including products) are retrieved. Accounts, contacts, opportunities (for SFDC) and sales orders are updated in your target CRM & ERP apps. Order line items are added with product details. Any changes to individual products in BigCommerce are also updated in target app. Incomplete orders (Abandoned carts) appear as Quotes/Open Opportunities in CRM. Abandoned cart live URLs are inserted under contacts in email marketing platforms for automated capture of lost sales. For Zoho CRM, product and order sync (to invoice) needs Zoho Professional, Enterprise or CRM Plus. Zoho One is supported.
For Salesforce CRM, Enterprise, Performance or Unlimited edition can only be connected and hence supported. Contact, Group or Professional Salesforce editions don't have API access enabled and hence can't be connected to BigCommerce through any connector.
Zoho Inventory free version is not supported
