smartQ is a ticket management app that can be used to manage store orders. smartQ integration with BigCommerce allows you to use smartQ as a central place for all your orders. Orders created in BigCommerce will appear in smartQ. Moving orders through the smartQ columns (statuses) will change the order status in BC. You can add notes to your orders, upload files, track logs, etc. You can add your own custom fields to your orders in smartQ.You can also create orders manually, for customers placing orders outside BigCommerce.
