Ecommerce, the buying and selling of goods (or services) on the internet, has become the convenient shopping choice for millions around the world — something most businesses in every industry have been quick to notice and embrace.
However, those businesses that haven’t were forced to reassess that decision when the COVID-19 crisis hit. Ecommerce is no longer a future proposition but an immediate necessity for survival.
