If you don't have an Elfsight Apps account, setting it up is totally free, and only takes you about a minute.
How to add Form Builder to BigCommerce website
Install our widget in 3 easy steps. First, press «GET THIS APP» on this page and install Form app on your BigCommerce panel. Then, adjust customization parameters of the widget and add content. Finally, open Storefront -> Web Pages, go the page where you want the widget and add its code there. Done!

Elfsight Form Builder features three well practical layouts: Default and Boxed with flexible width, for placing the widget to content areas; and Floating that has an expandable form icon and can be placed to several pages at once. And whatever layout you choose, you can split your text into up to three columns.
Submission options for smooth experience
With Save progress tool, all entered data are kept even after page refreshing. Your forms and mailbox are protected from spam and bots with reCAPTCHA. And you can choose the next action after form submission: a Thank you message, redirecting user another page, or the form will be simply hided.
