Product Part Diagrams puts interactive 2D and 3D parts diagrams on your BigCommerce product pages. Shoppers find the part on the drawing or on the 3D model, see its price and availability, and add it to the cart without leaving the page. No more matching item numbers against a long list: fewer wrong orders, fewer returns, bigger carts.

NEW: Interactive 3D parts diagrams

• Upload your product's 3D model (GLB, up to 100 MB). It is optimised in your browser before upload, so even CAD exports load fast for shoppers.

• Shoppers rotate, zoom and go full screen, and an Explode slider pulls the assembly apart to reveal the parts inside.

• Click a part or a numbered pin to see the linked products with price and Add to cart.

• Highlight parts and saved views take shoppers straight to the right area.

• Mobile-ready: touch to rotate, pinch to zoom, and the page still scrolls normally. If a device cannot show 3D, the preview image and parts list keep working.

Clickable 2D diagrams

• Upload any exploded-view drawing, schematic or photo, then draw polygon hotspots or drop pinpoints on each part.

• Link one or more products to every hotspot, and assign a diagram to as many products as you need. Several diagrams on one product appear as tabs.

• Zoomable diagrams with hover highlighting, so shoppers never lose their place.

A parts table that sells

• Every diagram comes with a parts list: item number, image, SKU, name, stock, price and quantity.

• Shoppers tick several parts and add them all to the cart in one click.

• Prices and availability come live from your catalog, in the shopper's currency, including sale prices and your custom fields.

• Products with options open a quick view, and out-of-stock parts are clearly marked.

• Place the table below the diagram or beside it with a sticky diagram; long lists paginate or scroll.

Fast to build, easy to manage

• A 3D editor with a model tree, bulk part creation that suggests products by SKU, X-ray, undo and redo, autosave, and a checklist before you publish. Changes stay in draft until you click Publish.

• Import and export product assignments and parts lists as CSV (works with BigCommerce product exports), and back up or move all your diagrams with JSON export and import.

• Show any diagram on any page of your store with a short embed code.
