TackQuote lets a BigCommerce store take requests for quotes, approve wholesale buyers and send quotes that buyers accept online.

What shoppers see. A "Request a quote" button sits directly under Add to Cart on product pages. Variants and options go into the quote with their own SKU and price. Shoppers collect lines in a quote cart and send them with one form, or from a quote checkout page you place on a web page. Optional blocks you place with Page Builder add quick order, a wholesale application form, a net-terms card and a wholesale price table. Blocks pick up your theme's fonts and colours.

What your team sees. Each request arrives in TackQuote as a draft quote, linked to the buyer. You price it, send it, and the buyer accepts in a hosted portal and can check out in your BigCommerce store at the quoted prices. Wholesale applications wait for your approval; approving one creates the buyer and, where the shopper applied while signed in to your store, links them to their BigCommerce customer.

Works with your store, not around it. Your catalog, variants and orders are read from BigCommerce. Optional features use BigCommerce's own tools and switch on only where your plan and the permissions you grant allow it: price lists and customer groups, catalog visibility per customer group, tax-exempt buyers through a zero-rate tax zone, and free shipping for a wholesale group. TackQuote creates and edits only the groups, lists and zones it created, and never moves a customer out of a group you made.
