What it does

• Catalog sync — products, categories, and price changes made at the POS push to your BigCommerce storefront automatically.

• Live inventory — on-hand quantities update on the storefront as items sell in-store, and online sales deduct from store stock.

• Order download — BigCommerce orders appear at the register within moments, ready for in-store pickup or shipping fulfillment.

• Fulfillment updates — pickup and shipment status posts back to BigCommerce, so customers see accurate order progress.

• Webhook-driven — changes flow in near real time, with scheduled sync as a safety net.

Getting started

Install the app, note the 6-character link code it displays, and share it with your VELAONE representative — we link the store to your POS account and start the first catalog sync for you. A VELAONE account is required (https://www.vela1.com/).
